2021 Passitivo Primitivo, IGT Puglia Organic grapes are harvested by hand from low yielding vines near Sava in Salento, south of Apulia.

Full-bodied and smooth it has a nose of ripe cherries and forest fruits with a touch of spice and chocolate notes. Dried fruits on the palate with autumns fruits, damson, red plums followed by a smooth lingering finish hints of sweet fruits and spice.
