1 St Emillion grand Cru 2016 - An opaque purple colour is accompanied by aromas of blackberries, cassis, smoke, espresso, and new wood. Medium bodied, dense, ripe, and moderately structured, this wine displays a purity of Merlot rich fruit character, with depth of flavour on the finish that we've come to expect from this estate.

1 Chablis Premier Cru 2018 – Chardonnay grapes grown in northern Burgundy's cool climate create complex flavours and balanced acidity. On the nose, aromas of luscious apricot are perfectly balanced with delicate herbal notes. It has a full, round texture with subtle orange zest flavours, crème brûlée and a smoky minerality in its lingering finish.

1 Crozes Hermitage 2018 - Vibrant purple colour with bags of black fruits on the nose. Medium to full bodied, with blackberry, cherry and spice flavours, allied to gentle tannins and a fresh, peppery finish.

1 Brouilly 2019 - Bright ruby coloured, the nose is full of red cherry and raspberry fruit allied to Brouilly's characteristic earthiness. Light to medium bodied with abundant red fruits and a mineral edge, this wine is refreshing, with very gentle tannins.

1 Sauternes 2015 - Perfumed, long orange and lemon notes on nose and palate, with hints of sweet spices. Delicate, lacy minerality on the finish. Knockout wine.
